উত্তর কাট্টলীর একটি স্বনামধন্য ও ঐতিহ্যবাহী প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রত্যয় টিউটোরিয়াল হোম, যার যাত্রা শুরু হয় ২০০৬ সালের ১০ ফেবরুয়ারি । গুটি গুটি পায়ে এগিয়ে যা এক যুগেরও বেশী সময় পার করল । উত্তর কাট্টলী ও তার আশে পাশের এলাকায় শিক্ষা বিস্তারে এর অবদান অনস্বীকার্য । এক যুগ আগে যখন এই এলাকার স্কুলসমূহ অধিক শিক্ষার্থীর চাপে পিষ্ট, যখন অনেক শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য মাত্র অল্প কয়েকজন শিক্ষক তখন প্রত্যয় টিউটোরিয়াল হোম শুরু করল স্কুল ভিত্তিক ব্যাচ গঠন । যেখানে একটি ব্যাচে শিক্ষার্থীসংখ্যা মাত্র ২০/২২ জন ।
শিক্ষা বিস্তারে পথ নির্দেশকের ভূমিকা পালনের পাশাপাশি এর রয়েছে সহ পাঠক্রমিক কার্যক্রম এবং বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন দিবস (যেমনঃ ২১শে ফেবরুয়ারি, পহেলা বৈশাখ ----) উদযাপন । ফলে শিক্ষার্থীরা পড়ালেখার সাথে সাথে দেশের নিজস্ব ইতিহাস, ঐতিহ্য এবং সংস্কৃতির ব্যাপারে সচেতন হচ্ছে । অন্যদিকে শিক্ষার্থীরা পড়ালেখার একগুঁয়েমি কাটিয়ে আনন্দময় জ্ঞান চর্চায় উৎসাহিত হচ্ছে । এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের বাৎসরিক শিক্ষাসফরও ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের যথেষ্ট অনুপ্রেরণা দেয় ।

Prottay Tutorial Home, a renowned and traditional institution of North Kattali, started its journey on February 10, 2006. This institute has passed more than an era with royalty. Its contribution to the spread of education in North Kattali and adjoining areas is undeniable. Before one decade when schools in this area crushed with more students' pressure, when only a few teachers for many students; Prottay Tutorial Home started the school based batch, where a batch contains only 20/22 students.
Playing the role of pioneer in spreading education, it also includes co-curricular activities and celebrating the historical and traditional days of Bangladesh (e.g. 21st February, Pahela Boishakh ..... etc.). As a result, the students are being aware of the country's own history, heritage and culture along with education. On the other hand, students are being encouraged to study pleasant knowledge by leaving the stubbornness of education. The annual study tour of this institute also encourages the students enough.
